We are seeking a highly competent and strategic Head of Finance & Accounting to oversee and manage all financial functions at Kelas Pintar Indonesia. This position is responsible for financial planning and analysis, accounting, taxation, payroll, collection, and compliance. The ideal candidate will ensure the company's financial stability, accuracy in financial reporting, and full adherence to applicable laws and regulations.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement financial strategies and manage company cash flow.
Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in accordance with accounting standards.
Supervise the payroll process to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and audits, including PPh (Income Tax) obligations.
Monitor and evaluate the Collection team's performance, develop collection strategies, and ensure effective receivables management.
Oversee compliance with all financial and tax audit requirements.
Lead and develop the finance, accounting, and tax teams.
Collaborate with management on financial decisions and strategy.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
Minimum 7 years of relevant experience.
Strong knowledge of tax regulations and accounting standards.
Excellent leadership skills and strong financial analytical capabilities.
