Head of Business Analyst (IT Programmer)

Requirements: 

• Degree  in Business or Information Technology or its equivalents

• 5-7 years experience in corporate account sales engagement/management

• Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English

• Highly motivated, result-oriented and with proven sales achievements

• Prior experience in IT based solutions

• Good knowledge in web programming is an added advantage

 Main Responsibilities:

• To maintain the current business and develop/grow new business opportunities in the banking sector

• To develop and execute business plans and sales & marketing strategies

• To manage existing customers relationship to cross sell and to upkeep good relationship

• Continuously generate new sales leads and manage a healthy pipeline

• Responsible in frequent and constant reporting accurate sales progress report to Director and management team

• Must possess a mature and good team work attitude to work closely with internal support and delivery team

• Responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing CRM, ERP, Tools Management
