Job Description

• Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and corporate governance requirements within the financial services sector.
• Managing board meetings, including preparation of agendas, minutes, and follow-up on decisions made.
• Acting as a liaison between the board of directors, management, and external stakeholders.
• Overseeing the preparation and submission of statutory and regulatory filings.
• Developing and implementing corporate policies and procedures in line with industry regulations.
• Providing advice on legal and regulatory matters to support decision-making processes.
• Maintaining accurate corporate records and documentation.
• Fostering strong relationships with regulatory bodies and other key stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

• A degree in law, business administration, or a related field.
• Extensive knowledge of corporate governance and compliance requirements in financial services or large organization.
• Strong organisational and communication skills to liaise with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in managing regulatory submissions and board-related activities.
• An ability to adapt to a fast-paced and highly regulated environment.
