Mandalika Intercultural School (MIS) is looking for a passionate and experienced Head of Early Years to lead and inspire our Early Years team. What You'll Do:

• Lead and manage the Early Years department to ensure high-quality teaching and learning.

• Develop and implement a child-centered curriculum aligned with national and international standards.

• Supervise, mentor, and support Early Years teachers to enhance teaching effectiveness.

• Build strong relationships with students, parents, and staff to create a positive school culture.

• Ensure compliance with Indonesian early childhood education regulations and school policies.

• Oversee assessments, reporting, and professional development for the Early Years team.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's or Master's in Early Childhood Education/Education Management/any other related field

• 5+ years of experience in Early Years, with 2+ years in a leadership role

• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)

• Demonstrated experience using and implementing international curricula (e.g., Jolly Phonics, Montessori, Reggio Emilia, etc)

• Strong understanding of play-based and inquiry-led learning approaches

• A love for early learning and a passion for nurturing young minds
