Job Summary
The Head of Finance plays a strategic leadership role in driving financial excellence for BYD Indonesia Autosales Division. This Posisi oversees end-to-end finance functions, including Accounting, Tax, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), and Transfer Pricing, ensuring strong governance, compliance, and sustainable business performance.
Beyond operational leadership, the role acts as a key business partner to senior management, supporting decision-making through robust financial insights, performance analysis, and forward-looking planning. Working in close collaboration with BYD HQ Finance and Manufacturing Finance teams, the Head of Finance ensures alignment with global standards while addressing the unique needs of the Indonesian market. This role is critical in supporting BYD’s rapid growth, market expansion, and long-term strategic objectives in Indonesia.

About The Team
The Finance team within BYD Indonesia Autosales Division plays a pivotal role in enabling business growth and operational excellence. The team works at the intersection of commercial operations, HQ Finance, and Manufacturing Finance, ensuring financial alignment across the entire value chain.
As part of a global organization, the team collaborates closely with BYD Headquarters to implement global financial standards, reporting frameworks, and best practices, while also adapting them to the local regulatory and business environment in Indonesia. With the expansion of BYD’s manufacturing and sales footprint, the team is actively involved in cross-functional collaboration, supporting pricing strategy, cost structure, and long-term business planning.
This role offers the opportunity to lead a strategic finance function in a high-growth, international, and fast-paced environment, contributing directly to BYD’s success in one of its key markets.
