  • We are seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Learning Faculty to lead the design, delivery, and transformation of sales leadership learning within our organization. This strategic role is critical in shaping the capability of our sales force leaders in Bancassurance business — equipping them with the knowledge, skills, and mindset to drive sustainable growth, inspire teams, and deliver exceptional customer value. As the Head of Sales Learning Faculty, you will set the direction, create impactful learning strategies, and lead a team of faculty members to develop high-performing sales leaders who can thrive in a fast-evolving life insurance landscape.

Qualifications (heading) / Compétences (titre)

  • 7+ years of experience in sales leadership, distribution management, or training & development within the life insurance or financial services industry.
  • Bachelors degree required; Masters degree or professional certifications in leadership development, coaching, or instructional design are preferred.

  • Strategic Leadership: Define and implement the overall sales leadership learning strategy aligned with business priorities, distribution goals, and regulatory standards.
  • Faculty Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop the faculty team to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery of training and leadership development programs.
  • Program Design & Delivery: Oversee the design, curation, and execution of innovative, future-ready learning interventions for current and aspiring sales leaders.
  • Capability Development: Build leadership excellence in coaching, performance management, and team-building to enhance sales force productivity and engagement.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with Distribution, HR, and senior executives to align learning initiatives with organizational growth strategies.
  • Innovation in Learning: Champion modern learning methodologies (digital learning, blended learning, experiential activities) to drive engagement and measurable outcomes.
  • Impact & Measurement: Establish frameworks to measure learning effectiveness and business impact, ensuring continuous improvement.
  • Thought Leadership: Serve as a role model and advocate for leadership development, bringing external insights and best practices into the organization.
