Head of Legal & Compliance

Job Qualification:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelors Degree, Masters Degree/Post Graduate Degree in Law or equivalent.

• Required language(s): English

• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

• Required Skill(s): Business Law / Commercial Law

• Excellent Communication, Leadership, Organizational and Problem-solving abilities

• Experience in Payment Industry is a plus.

Job Description:

• Drafting, reviewing, strengthening cooperation agreements/contracts and confidentiality agreements with business partners to identify legal risks and ensure full legal rights for the company.

• Providing strategic legal advice related to the companys business and operational activities, as well as ensuring the companys compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

• Assisting in negotiating cooperation agreements related to products/services, vendors, and/or business partners.

• Communicating and negotiating with external parties (regulators, external consultants, government, etc.).

• Monitoring the preparation and completion of all legal documents for licensing and/or approval requests to regulators.

• Reviewing the development of litigation cases and liaising with and managing external lawyers.

• Leading, managing, and supervising the Legal & Compliance team.
