Head of Marketing
MistSystem.id is looking for a seasoned Head of Marketing to take full ownership of the companys growth engine. This is a hands-on strategic leadership role: you will design, build, execute, and continuously optimize the entire marketing funnel—from brand positioning to demand generation to sales alignment—with direct accountability for lead quality, conversion, and revenue growth. You will lead a small internal team and coordinate external freelancers/partners, own digital performance (SEO, paid), content, brand consistency, case development, and the integration of marketing with the sales process (Kommo CRM). Your work will turn the technical value of our mist cooling systems into clear, differentiated commercial traction across B2B and B2C segments in hospitality, outdoor venues, villas, and agri/outdoor use cases.
Core responsibilities include:
Develop and operationalize an integrated marketing strategy that drives awareness, lead generation, pipeline velocity, and revenue.
Build, manage and continuously improve the full marketing-to-sales funnel in tight alignment with sales operations, ensuring attribution, follow-up, and conversion optimization.
Lead performance marketing: SEO, paid acquisition (search/social), retargeting, and conversion rate optimization through hypothesis-driven testing and iteration.
Own brand strategy and execution: positioning, visual identity, messaging, case studies, testimonials, and long-term differentiation.
Create and scale high-converting content and assets: landing pages, sales decks, proposals, email sequences, social content, video snippets, and campaign creatives.
Use data to drive decisions: define, track and act on key metrics (CPL, LTV, conversion rates, traffic sources, channel ROI).
Manage the marketing budget with a focus on efficiency and measurable return; prioritize initiatives based on impact.
Lead, coach, and coordinate the internal marketing team and external freelancers/contractors to execute against plans.
Develop and maintain strategic partnerships, influencer amplification, and channel relationships that extend reach and credibility.
Ensure consistent customer experience across touchpoints and maintain alignment between brand promises and sales delivery.
Report performance regularly, surface bottlenecks, and drive cross-functional solutions.
Requirements:
5+ years of hands-on marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role (Head / Director / Lead) owning growth, funnel, or brand.
Proven track record in growth/performance marketing: building and scaling lead generation funnels, SEO, SEM, campaign optimization, and attribution.
Experience aligning marketing with sales via CRM systems (Kommo, HubSpot, or equivalent) and operationalizing follow-up.
Strong analytical capability—comfortable with data, A/B testing, KPIs, and using tools to surface actionable insights.
Expertise in brand development, content strategy, and turning complex technical value into clear commercial storytelling.
Demonstrated ability to create, launch, and iterate effective campaigns across digital and offline channels.
Leadership skills: able to lead a small team, delegate, set clear goals, and drive accountability.
Excellent written and verbal English.
Self-starter mentality with ownership mindset; able to operate both strategically and tactically in a lean environment.
Bonus: experience in hospitality, outdoor cooling / environmental systems, B2B/B2C technical products, or working in Southeast Asia markets.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Volume and quality of generated leads (CPL, lead conversion rate).
Revenue influenced or directly attributable to marketing.
Marketing ROI by channel.
Organic and paid traffic growth and engagement.
Funnel performance: attribution accuracy, drop-off reduction, pipeline velocity.
Brand awareness / engagement metrics (e.g., website engagement, social proof, case adoption).
Campaign velocity and execution reliability (on-time launches, iteration speed).
Alignment score between marketing and sales (e.g., lead acceptance rate, follow-up compliance).
