Profile

A successful Head of Rewards should have:

• Proven ability to analyse data and market trends to inform decision-making.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
• Knowledge of applicable labour laws and compliance requirements.
