Head of Sales (Jakarta Based)

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with company goals and market dynamics.
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets.

Identify and cultivate new business opportunities in sectors like retail, property, F&B,
and telecom.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.

Collaborate with marketing and product teams to tailor and optimize service offerings
such as Geotency Personal and Business editions.

Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and sales metrics to inform tactical
decisions and strategies.

Drive sales pipeline growth—from lead generation to contract closure—across
Indonesia.

Represent PT. Locator Logic Solutions in client meetings, industry events, and
strategic presentations.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, GIS, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
5+ years of progressive sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

Proven track record in B2B or SaaS/tech sales; prior experience in GIS, location
intelligence, retail, or consulting industries is advantageous.
Strong understanding of location-based services, analytics, or GIS-driven solutions.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Strategic mindset with proficiency in sales planning, forecasting, and KPI tracking.
Leadership skills to develop, motivate, and guide a high-performing sales team.
