We are seeking an experienced Healthcare/Test Kit/IVD Sales Supervisor to join our dynamic team at Setiajaya Era Unggul, a leading pharmaceutical and medical device company based in Menteng, Jakarta. What you'll be doing

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and grow market share for our healthcare, test kit, and in-vitro diagnostic (IVD) product lines

Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives, providing coaching and mentorship to ensure their success

Identify new business opportunities and manage key client relationships to secure large-scale contracts and partnerships

Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform product development and marketing initiatives
