We are currently looking for a talented and dedicated individual to join our team.
Key responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations in line with established SOPs for Guest House and Coffee Garden.
Organize and lead both the house crew and the baristas to ensure smooth operations.
Plan and monitor monthly budgets to support operational needs.
Collaborate with the Marcom team to develop effective marketing strategies.
Ensure guest satisfaction through high service standards.
Qualifications:
Minimum education: Diploma (Hospitality or related field).
At least 3 years of experience in hospitality management.
Strong organizational background.
Proven leadership skills, professionalism, and a positive attitude.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Able to handle pressure, multitask, and identify problems, analyze the cause, develop and evaluate solutions, and implement the most effective one to achieve the best result.
Solid understanding of guest service principles.
Fluent in English verbally and in writing.
Proficiency in hotel property management systems (PMS)
