Key Responsibilities:

1. Clean and tidy guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas according to established standards.
2. Replace linens, towels, and amenities as needed.
3. Report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor immediately.
4. Handle laundry, including washing, drying, folding, and ironing as required.
5. Ensure housekeeping equipment and cleaning materials are used properly and safely.
6. Refill cleaning supplies and linen stock in housekeeping trolleys or storage rooms.
7. Assist in preparing rooms for VIP guests or special setups.
8. Follow all safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures.
9. Respect guests' privacy and ensure professional, courteous behavior at all times.
10. Maintain cleanliness in staff areas (pantry, changing rooms, etc.) if assigned.
11. Perform deep cleaning duties as scheduled (e.g., curtains, carpets, mattresses).
12. Support other departments if needed (during low season or as instructed).

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar housekeeping role (hotel or villa preferred)
• Physically fit and able to handle cleaning tasks efficiently
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
• Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques, tools, and chemicals
• Honest, responsible, and able to work independently or in a team
• Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Basic English is a plus
