Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or related fields.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a manufacturing or project-based environment.
Willing to be placed in Pandaan, Jawa Timur and available for business trips outside the city.

Strong understanding of general HR functions (recruitment, industrial relations, training, HR admin).
Familiar with Indonesian labor law and regulations.

Job Descriptions :
Coordinate end-to-end recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
Collaborate with department heads to fulfill manpower needs.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of employee data, employment contracts, attendance, and leave record.
Prepare regular HR reports (headcount, turnover, etc.).
Handle employee complaints and maintain harmonious working relationships.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Assist in organizing employee training and development programs.
Support performance appraisal and evaluation processes.
Disseminate HR policies and updates to the site team.
Provide field feedback and reports to the Head Office HR team.
