HR Generalist
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Develop and execute employer branding strategies through social media, career platforms, and external events.
- Design and implement employee engagement programs (e.g., monthly events, activities, and internal campaigns).
- Manage HR administration, employee data, insurance, and HRIS system updates.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree from any major (graduated or minimum SKL/Surat Keterangan Lulus).
- 1-2 years of HR experience, OR fresh graduate with internship experience in HR.
- Experience in organizational/community activities is a plus.
- Skilled in design and editing tools (Canva, CapCut, or similar).
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
- Outgoing, communicative, and confident in speaking in front of people.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
