HR Generalist

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Lead end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
2. Develop and execute employer branding strategies through social media, career platforms, and external events.
3. Design and implement employee engagement programs (e.g., monthly events, activities, and internal campaigns).
4. Manage HR administration, employee data, insurance, and HRIS system updates.

Requirements:

1. Bachelors degree from any major (graduated or minimum SKL/Surat Keterangan Lulus).
2. 1-2 years of HR experience, OR fresh graduate with internship experience in HR.
3. Experience in organizational/community activities is a plus.
4. Skilled in design and editing tools (Canva, CapCut, or similar).
5. Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
6. Outgoing, communicative, and confident in speaking in front of people.
7. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
