HR & Legal Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic HR & Legal Specialist to lead and manage our Human Resources, Legal, and General Affairs functions. This role requires a strong background in Indonesian labor law, HR operations, and legal compliance, with proven experience in developing and implementing policies, systems, and processes that support business growth in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
Bachelors Degree in Law
Professional certification in HR or legal compliance is an advantage.
Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in Legal, HR and GA roles, preferably within the event or hospitality industry
Proven experience in managing HR operations, legal compliance, and general affairs functions.
Experience working in a fast-paced, multi-location retail environment is preferred.
Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law and employment regulations.
Familiar with retail employment practices, BPJS, payroll management, industrial relations, and dispute resolution.
Experienced in handling company legal documents, contracts, permits and regulatory reporting.

Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
Organizational Structure
Employee performance evaluation systems
Salary and compensation schemes (including grading, benchmarking, and adjustment mechanisms)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.
English speaking is a must
Passionate about event organizer and aligned with the companys mission and values
