Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for all levels, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

  • Collaborate with department heads to identify hiring needs and workforce planning.

  • Build employer branding strategies to attract top talent.

  • Manage relationships with recruitment vendors and platforms.

2. Training & Development
  • Identify training needs and develop annual training plans aligned with business goals.

  • Organize and deliver internal training programs or coordinate with external trainers.

  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.

  • Foster a learning culture across the organization.

3. Payroll & HR Administration
  • Oversee monthly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality.

  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave balances.

  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies.

  • Liaise with Finance and external vendors on payroll and benefits administration.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or lead role.

  • Proven expertise in recruitment, training, and payroll processes.

  • Familiarity with HRIS/payroll systems and labor law compliance.

  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, and organizational skills.

  • Excellent communication in English, both verbal and written.
