About The Company:

• The working venue is in West Jakarta.

• Our client is a Japanese Food Manufacture (New Established) company. Currently, they are looking for HR Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordination with external HR agents.

• Reporting to the factory manager.

• Staff recruitment.

• Monthly interviews with local manufacturing staff including discussions on compensation and other matters.

• Coordination with the head office.

• Other duties also assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Have working experience as HR Manager more than 5 years in Japanese Food industry.

• Able to handle all HRGA tasks.

• Have English or Japanese language skill (above high-conversation, communication with JP factory director).

• Have working experience in new established company will be a plus.
