岗位职责：

  1. 全面负责公司人力资源各模块工作（招聘、培训、绩效、薪酬、员工关系等）；

  2. 根据公司发展战略，制定并执行人力资源规划；

  3. 组织完善公司人事管理制度与流程，并监督实施；

  4. 负责招聘工作，满足公司各部门用人需求；

  5. 处理员工关系，维护良好的企业文化与员工氛围；

  6. 协调各部门之间的人力资源相关事务，提供专业支持。

任职要求：

  1. 大专及以上学历，人力资源管理相关专业优先；

  2. 2年以上人力资源相关工作经验，有全模块操作经验者优先；

  3. 熟悉国家劳动法律法规，具备良好的沟通协调能力；

  4. 工作积极主动，有责任心，能独立推动HR项目落地。
