HR Manager
Job Description:
1. Plan, develop and implement HR management and HR and asset development strategies.
2. Create and manage HR recruitment and selection processes.
3. Liaise between management and HR on all HR-related policies.
4. Understand the Personnel Process (Negotiation, regulation & execution) and Updated Labor Law.
5. Create SOPs, regulations, and company rules and ensure that all human resources carry out the policies set by the company.
6. Monitor all company licences.
7. Conduct employee evaluations, both periodically (in the form of KPIs) and for HR who will expire the contract / probation period.
8. Responsible for HR data management and HR payroll.
9. Collaborate with other departments to support overall business goals
10. Analyze workforce needs and conduct succession planning.
11. Maintain a healthy and positive work culture through employee engagement programs.
12. Handle industrial relations and resolve labor disputes wisely.
13. Manage performance appraisal system and career pathing.
14. Developing and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) in all divisions and ensuring their consistent implementation in all operational lines.
15. Evaluate and adjust the companys internal policies so that they are always in line with applicable laws and regulations, including labor regulations, OHS, and other sectoral regulations.
16. Ensure compliance with OHS (Occupational Safety and Health) and supervise work discipline.
17. Understand about BPJS Labor & BPJS Health.
Job Qualifications:
1. Education minimum S1 (Psychology / HR Management / Law / or other relevant majors).
2. Experience as HRGA for at least 8 years, and already have experience as Manager for 2 years.
3. Accustomed to working and communicating with all levels of HR, from Staff to Director level.
4. Understand Labour Law, as well as all permits related to distribution business and factories.
5. Have a leadership spirit, able to think critically, and have good problem solving.
6. Honest, disciplined, assertive, and able to work with a team.
7. Able to use the talenta system
8. Fluent in English, both oral and written
9. Can join as soon as possible.
10. Experience in developing and implementing cross-departmental SOPs in a systematic and documented manner.
11. Able to review and adjust company policies with changes in government regulations, including the Job Creation Law, Manpower PP, and provisions related to the companys industrial sector.
12. Able to use the BPJS Health & Labor application.
