HR OD & IR SupervisorQualfication:
5 years experience in HR an Organization Development and Indrustrial Relationship
Bachelor Degree in HR management , Law
Must be able work with Microsoft office (Excel, Word, Power point),SAP, HRIS.
Fluent in English is a must
Tasks & responsibilities :
Deliver recommendation of strategic plan based on analyse root cause for achieving organizational goals to HC & Support Head Division.
Deliver recommendation of industry best practices to improve organizational performance and effectiveness to HC & Support Head Division.
Deliver recommendation of effective solutions to meet business challenges and mitigate business risks from Organization strategy to HC & Support Head Division.
Evaluate current business processes and recommend improvements to HC & Support Head Division.
Stay abreast with organizational development trends.
Deliver change management program to support and implement new initiatives to HC & Support Head Division.
Ensuring employee maintains high level of professionalism and competence in their assigned work duties through internalization of corporate values.
Deliver recommendation of performance management program and leadership development program to support organizational growth to HC & Support Head Division.
Coordinate with employees to support their professional and personal development goals, with outcome document: Individual Development Plan.
Identify performance/competency gaps and determine training needs analysis. Assist HC & Support Head Division in preparing HR Reports and Have knowledge about Talent Management and Career Path development.
Handling all Industrial Relations (Development / Coaching employee until End, PKWT and PKWTT)
Compile all the Operation HR Reports including (Overtime employee Analyst, Manpower productivity,Turnover calculate, Status Update of Promotion Employee, Transfer Employee, Recruitment Progress, Rehire Progress, OD Progress) demand from Production Head
