HR - OD & Talent Management Assistant Manager

Responsibilities

• Designs the structure and methodology of KPI systems

• Analyze and design organizational structures to ensure alignment with business goals.

• Align workforce planning with business strategy

• Facilitate restructuring or transformation initiatives to improve efficiency and agility.

• Support job analysis, job evaluations, and updates to job descriptions.

• Facilitate team effectiveness and productivity assessments.

• Identifying, assessing, and developing High Potential (HiPo) employees to ensure a robust leadership pipeline.

• Design, implement, and continuously improve talent management programs that align with organizational goals and support employee development and retention.

• Manage talent pipeline strategies and succession mapping processes to ensure readiness for key roles and minimize leadership gaps.

• Implementing the annual employee performance appraisal process.

• Manage end-to-end process of employee promotions and transfers at both head office and store levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree/Masters Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or related field.

• Having HR certifications is a plus : CHRP, CODA, HRCI, SHRM

• Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional setting, both verbally and in writing.

• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2-3 years in OD & Talent Management roles.

• Proven experience in: Designing and implementing talent development frameworks, supporting organization-wide change or transformation projects, and managing leadership development and succession planning initiatives

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability

• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills

• Ability to influence and collaborate across functions and levels

• Agile mindset and continuous improvement orientation

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and data analytics for reporting and insights.
