Your Role in This Journey

1. Recruitment Support

ㆍAct as liaison between Jakarta HR team and Bali clinic for recruitment needs.

ㆍGuide and support the business team in preparing job requests.

ㆍAssist in training business team members on candidate screening process.

ㆍCoordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.

2. Onboarding & Employee Preparation

ㆍOrganize onboarding activities for new hires.

ㆍEnsure first-day readiness (workspace, tools, orientation schedule).

ㆍSupport new employees during their initial adaptation period.

3. HR Administration & Documentation

ㆍMaintain employee records (attendance, leave, overtime).

ㆍPrepare documentation related to employment (contracts, extensions, probation review, terminations).

ㆍProvide payroll input data (attendance, allowances, deductions) to Jakarta HR.

4. Employee Relations & Compliance

ㆍAct as the first point of contact for employees regarding HR matters in the Clinic.

ㆍSupport positive employee relations and resolve basic HR queries/issues.

ㆍEnsure compliance with local labor law, company policies, and clinic SOPs.

5. Training & Development Support

ㆍCoordinate training schedules and logistics in the Clinic.

ㆍKeep training and development records up to date. 6. General HR Support

ㆍAssist in implementing HR programs and employee engagement initiatives.

ㆍProvide ad-hoc HR support as directed by Jakarta HR or Clinic Manager.

CBI supplies a wide range of medical aesthetic and healthcare products, including spinal and bone substitutes, hyaluronic acid (HA) fillers, anti-adhesion agents, and foam dressings, providing advanced medical solutions to the people of Indonesia. Who Were Excited to Meet

ㆍ Bachelors degree, preferably in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or related fields.

ㆍ Minimum 2 years of HR experience, preferably in clinic, healthcare, or hospitality industry.

ㆍ Knowledge of Indonesian labor law and HR best practices.

ㆍ Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.

ㆍ Proficient in MS Office/Google Workspace; HRIS knowledge is an advantage.

ㆍ Based in Bali or willing to be placed in Bali.
