HR Operation
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end payroll operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations- Administer employee benefits including BPJS, DPLK, and handle claims process- Ensure proper calculation and reporting of PPh 21 (income tax)- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation- Support internal audits and provide necessary reporting as needed- Collaborate across HR and finance departments to streamline operations
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in HR operations or personnel administration- Hands-on experience with SAP HCM is a must- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor law and HR compliance- Excellent organizational and communication skills- High attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
