Job Description
Developing Job Profile (Job Analysis & Job Descriptions)
Familiar with the principles of KPI, OKR, and other performance appraisal systems.
Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) based on performance evaluation results and organizational development plans.
Run employee engagement programs (e.g., town hall meetings, employee of the month)
Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure new hires align with company culture and operational needs

Support the onboarding process to help new employees adapt quickly
Requirements :
bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related
Strong Analytical Skills and Program Development experience
Excellent Communication skills and capabilities in managing teams
Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
Proven ability to develop and implement effective employee development programs
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
