HR Representative

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, particularly in recruitment and payroll

• Proficient in Advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, etc.)

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Willing to be based in Bintaro (South Tangerang) and mobile to Cileungsi (Kab. Bogor)

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment Process - Sourcing, screening, and managing the hiring process

• Payroll Administration - Processing payroll accurately and ensuring compliance

• HR Data Management - Maintaining and updating employee records

• Employee Support - Assisting with HR-related inquiries and administrative tasks
