Job Description:

• Maintain and update employee and organizational data across HRIS modules

• Coordinate with vendors, HR teams, and IT to improve system features and ensure data accuracy and alignment with organizational structure.

• Support HR operations, including audits, budgeting, reporting, and policy implementation.

• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities such as sport clubs and company events.

• Identify and implement improvements to HR processes and system user experience.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Accounting, Human Resource Management, or equivalent.

• Minimal 2 years of working experience in a similar role, preferably focusing on HR System & Analyst.

• Ability to keep up with technical innovation and trends in HRIS Analysis.

• Effective problem-solving and time-management skills.
