HR Specialist Staff

Responsibilities:

• Conducting end to end employee recruitment process (job posting, sorting, scheduling relevant tests & interviews).

• Responsible for all HR related work: HRIS, employee data base, number of employees, turnover, organizational charts, private insurance, monthly report,etc.

• Managing the employee agreement including all related document and management employee contract.

• Managing BPJS Ketenagakerjaan (SIPP), BPJS Kesehatan (Edabu) including employee registration and all related activities.

• Record attendance, overtime, permits, sickness or leave of employees to support the payroll process.

• Industrial Relation management. For example: Conduct disciplinary action against employees who violate company regulations or policies, etc.

• Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.

• Responsible for monthly employee payroll accounting.

• Responsible for administrative matters and other tasks assigned by Manager.

General Qualifications:

• Able to join ASAP (immediately).

• Proficient in English will be an added advantage.

• Bachelors degree in psychology, Human Resource Management or equivalent.

• Have a minimum of 1-2 years experience as HR (Experienced in recruitment, compensation and employee relations).

• Good knowledge of Human Resources, especially in HR Policies, Procedures, Job Descriptions, SOPs.

• In-depth knowledge of labor law, BPJS, Income Tax calculation (PPh21)and employee regulations.

• Have good skills in using Ms. Office (Excel, Power point & Word).

• Prior experience in payroll is preferred.
