Job Qualification:

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree or Equivalent

  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, rules & regulations

  • At least 1 year related working experience

  • Ability to multitask and to work as part of a team

  • Computer literate Ms. Word and Excel

  • Proficiency in verbal and written English or Chinese(Mandarin) is a plus

Job Description

  • Ensuring compliance with company and government regulations related to labor.

  • Assisting employee empowerment program.

  • Assisting SOP creation.
