HRBP
Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Partnership
Collaborate with business leaders to understand goals and develop HR strategies that support business objectives.
Provide insights and recommendations on organizational structure, workforce planning, and talent management.

Talent Management & Development
Support talent acquisition strategies and participate in key recruitment decisions.
Drive succession planning, career development, and training initiatives.

Performance & Engagement
Guide managers on performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and appraisals.
Develop initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture.

Employee Relations
Advise and coach managers on handling employee relations issues, grievances, and disciplinary actions in compliance with labor laws.
Promote a positive, inclusive, and respectful work environment.

Change Management
Support organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions through effective communication and stakeholder management.

HR Operations & Compliance
Partner with HR specialists to ensure compliance with labor laws, policies, and procedures.
Analyze HR metrics (turnover, engagement, performance) and recommend improvements.
Requirements:
Education & Experience
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
5+ years of progressive HRBP experience in FMCG company.
Experience in talent management, organizational development, and change management.
Skills & Competencies
Strong business acumen and ability to align HR strategies with business goals.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices.
High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism.
HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, CIPD, CHRP).
