Dibutuhkan HRD Khusus Alat Berat

Memenuhi Persyaratan berikut :

  1. Memiliki Kemampuan untuk Orientasi, Training Karyawan, Perekrutan (Screening CV,  membuat loker), Penyeleksian, serta Pembuatan Kontrak Kerja Karyawan baik Full Time atau Contract

  2. Kandidat Memiliki Pengalaman dalam HRD minimal 1 Tahun

  3. Ulet, Pekerja Keras, Siap bekerja di bawah tekanan

  4. Tidak Gampang Mengeluh, Kerja Tim, Prosedural

  5. Mengerti dunia ALAT BERAT (diutamakan)

  6. Tidak bermasalah (dibutuhkan SKCK)

  7. Paham Komputer (Ms Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

  8. Memiliki Komunikasi yang baik

  9. Memahami Regulasi BPJS Kesehatan dan BPJS Ketenagakerjaan

  10. Bertanggung jawab dalam melaksanakan kegiatan administrasi

  11. Penempatan di Surabaya, tidak menutup kemungkinan penempatan bisa di luar kota/luar pulau (Kalimantan, Sulawesi)
