Need a management professional with a strong background in human resources. Were looking for an experienced General Manager to oversee and supervise the general operations, including sales, manufacturing, production control, quality control, purchasing, finance, and human resources.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all operational departments, including sales, manufacturing, production control, quality control, purchasing, finance, and human resources.

• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and productivity across all departments.

• Oversee all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, training, performance management, and employee relations.

• Lead direct negotiations and maintain positive relations with labor unions.

• Ensure compliance with all local labor laws and company policies.

• Collaborate with Japanese counterparts and other multinational teams to align business goals and strategies.

• Prepare and present regular reports on departmental performance to senior management.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HR General Manager or Senior Manager.

• Proficiency in the English language is MUST.

• Extensive experience in personnel management (HR).

Recommended Skills & Experience

• Experience in the Manufacturing company, packaging materials, plastics, or pharmaceutical industries.

• Prior work experience at a multinational company or a Japanese company.

• Direct experience with labor union negotiations.

• Proficiency in the Japanese language is a plus.

• Certified Human Resource General Manager (CHRGM).
