HRGA Manager
Human Resources:
Manage recruitment, training, employee development, payroll, BPJS, and performance management.Ensure company compliance with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.Draft employment contracts, company regulations, and HR policies in accordance with legal requirements.Handle industrial relations, including conflict resolution and mediation, in compliance with labor laws.Provide legal consultation and solutions related to labor law issues.Coordinate with government agencies (e.g., Ministry of Manpower) for permits and legal compliance.
General Affairs:Oversee company operational needs, including office facilities, cleanliness, security, and asset maintenance.Manage logistics, procurement of goods, and inventory of company tools and equipment.Handle legal documents such as business permits, third-party contracts, and license renewals.Coordinate with vendors or external parties regarding the companys operational needs.Ensure a safe, comfortable, and efficient working environment for employees.
Qualifications:Minimum Bachelors Degree (S1) in Law, Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field.At least 5 years of work experience as Managerial in HRD and/or General Affairs roles.
