HRGA STAFF

About the role

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic HR & GA Staff to join our team at PT INTEGRA BOGA NUSANTARA. In this full-time position based in Depok, West Java, you will play a vital role in supporting the overall HR and General Affairs functions of our organisation. As part of our dynamic HR team, you will contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives that drive employee engagement, development and retention.

What youll be doing

  • Handle HR administration processes (attendance, contracts, employee data, payroll support)

  • Assist in recruitment and employee selection processes

  • Manage office operational needs (GA)

  • Support internal company activities

  • Handle permits and coordinate with external parties (government institutions/vendors/business partners)

What were looking for

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related field

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar HR generalist or HR administrative role

  • Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures and best practices

  • Ability to manage General Affair activities (office facilities, permits, operational needs)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Attention to detail, problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Familiarity with HR information systems and applicant tracking tools
