About the role

We are seeking a HRGA (Mandarin Speaking) to join our team at PT WESTERFIELD ALUMINA INDONESIA. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing strategic human resources and general administration support to our operations in Pontianak, West Kalimantan. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a critical role in supporting the growth and development of our organisation.

What youll be doing

  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all HR-related inquiries and issues
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Provide Mandarin-English translation and interpretation support for internal and external communications
  • Assist with general administrative tasks such as document management and office management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure HR initiatives align with the companys strategic objectives

    • What were looking for

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a generalist HR role, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial setting
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English, both written and verbal
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with employees at all levels
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and HR information systems
  • Knowledge of Indonesian labour laws and HR best practices
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proactive, organised, and detail-oriented
