HSE Engineer/ Manager
Requirements:
1. Proficiency in Health & Safety procedures, and Indonesian Health & Safety regulations.
2. Auditing skills and knowledge to ensure the company's business complies with all relevant regulations.
3. Detail-oriented on identifying hazards and ensuring the workplaces are safe.
4. Communication skills and ability to influence workers to work safely and follow the procedures.
5. Root cause analysis using tools such as Hira-DC, 5Whys, TapRoot, RCAT, ect to identify and address the underlying factors that contribute to an incident, and to develop strategies for preventing similar incidents in the future.
6. Analytical skills to analyze data and information, identify patterns and trends and make logical conclusions.
7. Emergency response planning skills to create and implement emergency response procedures and emergency drills for a company.
8. Risk Assessment skills to assess the risks associated with a particular system or procedure.
9. Leadership skills to motivate, influence and guide others to follow procedures.
10. Preferably from Paper & Pulp Manufacturing, Petrochemical, chemical, fertilizer and oil & gas Industry - (Operating Plant Facility).
11. Training and Certification as follows: Ahli K3 Umum Kemnaker, Ahli K3 Kimia Kemnaker, Ahli K3 Kebakaran Kemnaker, SMK3 PP No. 50 Tahun 2012, Auditor SMK3 Kemnaker, Incident Investigator Kemnaker, Lead Auditor ISO-45001, Lead Auditor ISO-14001, Major Hazard Facility License, Industrial Hygienist Training & Certification.
