PT. Buya Barokah Kudus is looking for a dedicated HSE Officer to join our team and help ensure a safe, healthy, and compliant work environment at our production facility in Kudus.

Requirements:· Male or female· Minimum D3/S1 in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, Public Health, or relevant field· Active General HSE Certification (AK3U)· At least 1 year of HSE experience, preferably in manufacturing· Strong knowledge of K3 regulations and Food Safety principles· Good communication and coordination skills· Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Key Responsibilities:· Identify and assess workplace hazards and risks· Conduct routine safety inspections in production areas· Monitor the use and availability of PPE· Lead safety briefings and basic training sessions· Document incidents and assist with audits and investigations
