Human Capital Development & Recruitment Staff

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field

  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience in recruitment, learning & development, or organization development

  • Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply

  • Familiarity with recruitment platforms (JobStreet, LinkedIn, etc.) and interview coordination

  • Knowledge of performance management process and organizational structure is a plus

  • Comfortable with organizing training sessions, maintaining learning documentation, and supporting development plans

  • Detail-oriented, structured, and able to manage multiple priorities

  • Excellent administrative, communication, and time-management skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with HRIS is a plus

  • High initiative, strong ownership, and a genuine interest in people development and organizational growth

Job Descriptions

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding

  • Coordinate with HCBP Lead to identify manpower needs and maintain accurate job descriptions

  • Support performance management cycle: goal-setting coordination, mid-year and annual review process, and performance documentation (KPI)

  • Help maintain and update organizational structure and job structure documents (e.g. org charts, job grading)

  • Contribute to organizational development projects such as engagement programs, onboarding experience, culture initiatives, and talent mapping

  • Assist in Training Needs Analysis (TNA), Individual Development Plans (IDP), and tracking employee development progress

  • Organize and support end-to-end employee training programs, including scheduling, logistics, attendance, and feedback

  • Support probation / contract review processes, including follow-up with managers, status confirmation, and extension tracking

  • Handle administrative tasks related to employee promotion, rotation, and internal movement, including documentation and system updates

  • Prepare regular reports and dashboards related to recruitment, training, performance, and employee movement

  • Collaborate with the HC Business Partner and HC Operation to ensure alignment of people initiatives with business priorities
