We're looking for Human Capital Supervisor / Jr. Manager who is passionate about both people development and Human Capital excellence. This role will give you the opportunity to create impact and not just in systems and processes, but in how our employees feel, grow, and thrive.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and supervise all HC administration, including employee records, contracts, and payroll coordination.
• Implement and oversee employee development programs, including training, performance management, and career development.
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies.
• Maintain and optimize HC systems and databases for accurate reporting and data management.
• Provide guidance to employees and managers regarding HC policies and procedures.
• Supervise and support HC staff in daily operations.
