Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP)
Job Description :
Work with related Departments in HR to identify strategic HR problems and deliver HR programs/ guidelines accordingly.
Coordinate with Head of PMPD to provide advice for Business/ Functional counterparts on people issues e.g. recruitment, performance management, industrial relations issues, employee relations, training & development, etc. Also identify the HR implications for key changes in the business and ensure they are properly addressed.
Analysis of manpower planning, productivity, discipline, overtime to support and give recommendation to improve performance and develop people.
Monitor coaching/ PIP (Performance Improvement Plan) of employees and track progress.
Conduct preliminary exit survey for Head Office employees, who will resign/ carry out termination process. If necessary, exit interviews can be conducted.
Monitor recruitment fulfillment status, control & monitoring probations period for new joiner.
Coordinate communication between Divisions in Head Office and HR in implementing initiatives/ programs.
Conduct effective risk management process and promote risk awareness.
Facilitate development of competent human resource & conducive working environment.
Ensure organization alignment is in place to support operation and business growth.
Improve self-competencies through relevant and effective training and development program.
Requirements :
Bachelor degree from psychology, management, human resources
Minimum 5 years experience as a Organization Development/Performance Management/Talent Management or as HRBP
Have experience in Employee Relation & Industrial Relation
Strong Analytical thinking
Good communication
