ryThe HR Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily human resources operations and ensuring compliance with Indonesian labor regulations. This role supports talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, payroll coordination, training and development, and HR administration to ensure an effective and productive workforc

  • onManage end-to-end recruitment processes for operational and office Posisi
  • s.Coordinate job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, and onboarding activitie
  • s.Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring need
  • s.Collaborate with department managers to identify manpower requirement

s.2. Employee Relatio

  • nsServe as the primary HR contact for employee concerns and workplace issue
  • s.Handle disciplinary actions, investigations, and grievance procedures in accordance with Perusahaan policies and Indonesian labor law
  • s.Promote employee engagement and a positive work cultur
  • e.Support conflict resolution and maintain healthy employer-employee relationship
