What Youll Do As an HR Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, employer branding, and employee engagement. Your responsibilities will include: ✅ Assisting with end-to-end recruitment processes (job postings, screening, scheduling interviews) ✅ Supporting employee branding initiatives on social media (TikTok) ✅ Helping with onboarding and offboarding processes ✅ Managing and updating HR databases & documents ✅ Coordinating employee engagement programs What Were Looking For A university student or recent graduate majoring in Psychology, Human Resources, Business, or a related field Strong interest in human resources and employer branding Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Creative mindset with familiarity with social media content creation Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to multitask Willing to relocate, work and live in Jakarta (On Site - Mega Kuningan) What Youll Gain Paid internship with hands-on experience in HR & employer branding A chance to work with a dynamic and innovative team Networking opportunities in the retail and F&B industries
