Human Resources Manager ( Mandarin Speaker )

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Manager, fluent in English and Mandarin, with proven experience in heavy industry and/or finance sectors. You will lead HR strategies to support business growth, operational excellence, and international collaboration.我们正在寻找一位精通中英文人力资源经理,在重工业和/或金融领域拥有丰富经验。您将负责制定和执行人力资源战略,以支持公司发展、运营卓越和国际化协作。

Key Responsibilities / 主要职责:

  • Lead and manage the HR department, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.领导和管理人力资源部门,确保与公司目标一致。

  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR policies, procedures, and best practices.制定、执行并持续优化人力资源政策、流程及最佳实践。

  • Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, training, and employee development programs.负责招聘、入职培训、员工培训与发展项目。

  • Drive employee engagement and maintain a positive organizational culture.推动员工参与度,营造积极的企业文化。

  • Provide strategic HR guidance to management, particularly for Mandarin-speaking teams and expatriates.为管理层提供战略性人力资源指导,特别是涉及中文团队和外籍员工。

  • Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.确保遵守印尼劳动法及相关法规。

  • Collaborate with finance and operations teams on compensation, payroll, and HR budgeting.与财务及运营团队协作,管理薪酬、工资及人力资源预算。

  • Support international business operations, cross-cultural communication, and expatriate management.支持国际业务运营、跨文化沟通及外籍员工管理。

Qualifications / 任职资格:

  • Bachelors degree required; Masters preferred in HR, Business Administration, or related fields.学士学位,硕士学位优先,人力资源、工商管理或相关专业。

  • Minimum 5 years HR Manager experience, preferably in heavy industry, manufacturing, construction, mining, or finance.至少5年人力资源管理经验,优先考虑重工业、制造、建筑、采矿或金融行业。

  • Fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken and written).精通中英文(口语与书面)。

  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.优秀的领导能力、人际沟通能力与协调能力。

  • Experience with multinational teams or expatriates is a strong advantage.拥有跨国团队或外籍员工管理经验者优先。
