Team Introduction

At our Cikarang site, our Engineering Team is the operational backbone, specializing in the maintenance, qualification, and continuous improvement of critical utilities and high-tech manufacturing equipment essential for producing stem cell–based therapies and high-quality cosmetic products. As part of our team, you will work closely with experts across Production and Quality Assurance to ensure facility reliability, system efficiency, and strict adherence to cGMP/CPKB compliance standards. We are a solution-driven, mission-critical team dedicated to leveraging technical excellence to support Daewoong’s global leadership in healthcare innovation and operational reliability.

Your Role in this Journey:

1. Conduct regular inspection, servicing, and preventive maintenance of HVAC and AC systems as following PM plan
2. Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues in air conditioning units, chillers, air handling units (AHUs), and ventilation systems.
3. Monitor system performance to maintain temperature, humidity, and air quality standards required in pharmaceutical production areas.
4. Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety regulations during maintenance activities.
5. Maintain accurate records of service, maintenance schedules, and repair activities.
6. Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and implement corrective actions.
7. Assist in installation and commissioning of new HVAC and AC equipment when required.
8. Keep updated with technical knowledge, tools, and best practices in HVAC maintenance
9. Support Engineering team to carry out the annual machine and building maintenance program.
10. Support Engineering team to carry out repairs to machines, buildings and facilities if damage occurs.
11. Support Engineering team to carry out daily machine, electrical panel, water and AHU monitoring.
12. Support Engineering team to Carry out continuous improvements to equipment to achieve high efficiency.
13. Make K3, ISO, CPOB and CPKB as a work culture and standard.
14. Carry out other tasks assigned by the superior.

Who We’re Excited to Meet:

1. Diploma or technical certification in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
2. Proven experience in HVAC and AC maintenance, preferably in pharmaceutical or manufacturing environments.
3. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, chillers, AHUs, and cleanroom requirements.
4. Having ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and engineering drawings.
5. Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
6. Willingness to work in shifts and respond to urgent maintenance needs.
7. Having experience and knowledge in the drug manufacturing or pharmaceutical industry
8. Willing to be based in Cikarang.

Preferred:

Mechanical or Electrical engineering, preferably have min. 3 years of experience in HVAC and AC system service maintenance and trouble shooting
