About the role
Are you passionate about horticulture and sustainability? The Korindo Group is seeking an experienced Hydroponic Staff to join our West Jakarta facility. In this contract role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and operations of our state-of-the-art hydroponic farming system, ensuring the highest quality produce is delivered to our customers.
What you'll be doing
Monitoring and maintaining the optimal growing conditions for a variety of hydroponic crops
Performing regular checks on the hydroponic system, including pH levels, nutrient concentrations, and water flow
Identifying and addressing any issues or deficiencies in the growing environment
Assisting with the harvesting, packaging, and distribution of the hydroponic produce
Maintaining detailed records and logs of all hydroponic operations
Collaborating with the wider agricultural team to continually improve the efficiency and productivity of the hydroponic system
What we're looking for
Minimum 1 years' experience working in a commercial hydroponic or greenhouse operation
Strong knowledge of hydroponic growing techniques, plant nutrition, and environmental control systems
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues quickly
Familiarity with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
A passion for sustainable agriculture and a commitment to delivering high-quality produce
Strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with the wider agricultural team
