• Responsible for the success of the indoor farming cultivation process, including preparation until postharvest stage.

• Ensuring that the packed produce meets quality standards and is prepared correctly for shipment or storage.

• Accurately recording and reporting on all aspects of the postharvest process.

• Collaborating with the broader farming team to continuously improve our hydroponic operations.

• Troubleshooting and resolving any technical issues that may arise with the hydroponic equipment.

• Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations

Jobs Spec:

• Proven experience in hydroponic or greenhouse crop production, with a strong understanding of plant science and horticulture.

• Essential for accurate sorting, packing, and labeling to maintain producet quality.

• The ability to work effectively with other team members and follow instruction.

• Has experience in fruit packing house is plus
