Role Overview

We are looking for passionate, driven individuals who are ready to make their mark in the world of fashion. As part of our dynamic team, you’ll play a key part in helping us elevate everyday fashion.

What you'll do:

  • Monitor delivery progress until the goods arrive at the warehouse.
  • Prepare complete documents for import purposes (PIB).
  • Checking data, documents and related customs duties.
  • Monitoring the import and customs process goes according to plan.
  • Communication with external parties (forwarders, suppliers, and others).
  • Understand and comprehend the Import Flow starting from; Documents (Packing List, Invoice, B/L, LC & Insurance, ACFTA Form, etc.).
  • Get a definite delivery date / ETD-ETA.
  • Updating import process reports every day.

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor degree in any major.
  • Have experience in the field of import documentation at least 2-4 years.
  • Understand the flow of importing goods, starting from documents until the goods arrive.
  • Fluent in Bahasa & English Language.
  • Mastering Ms. Office.
  • Placement: Tangerang.
