Qualification:

1. Good at making Layout, Line balancing, and Kaizen on site
2. Familiar with the QCO quick transfer process
3. Data processing capabilities
4. Project management capabilities
5. Lean sense and could do lean training
6. Able to create line balancing rates and cycle times
7. Implement improvements within the production line
8. Help production identify process bottlenecks and resolve production issues
9. Able to increase production efficiency
10. Able to collaborate and maintain coordination
11. Able to identify process difficulties
12. Create changeover plans and flows
13. Execute changeovers from preparation to completion
14. Identify key quality issues and challenging processes in trial batches
