We are seeking an experienced IT Engineer to join our Infrastructure Service / IT & Security team, supporting our growing global operations. Based in Indonesia, this role plays a crucial part in ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of our IT systems and infrastructure across multiple countries.

As an IT Engineer, you’ll handle complex technical challenges, provide high-quality support services, and lead critical areas such as asset management, system operations, and information security compliance. This is an exciting opportunity for a technically strong and solutions‑driven professional who thrives in fast‑paced, multi‑regional environments.

Responsibilities

• Operate and manage IT technical support services across the company’s global offices.
• Provide end-to-end technical support, including troubleshooting and resolving complex issues related to systems, networks, software, and hardware—across business offices, data centers, and computer rooms.
• Assist in onboarding new employees by purchasing IT equipment, configuring devices, and activating user accounts and system access permissions.
• Manage IT assets: maintain inventory, streamline processes, define standards, and improve asset lifecycle efficiency.
• Lead or support information security initiatives in alignment with company strategies and compliance requirements, including customer security questionnaires, internal audits, and IT infrastructure compliance in new office setups.
• Stay updated with the latest IT technologies and industry trends; leverage advanced best practices to continuously optimize IT support standards and operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT operations and project management.
• Deep expertise in desktop support, system/network operations, and IT infrastructure (e.g., server rooms).
• Strong knowledge of various operating systems, network protocols, and hardware platforms.
• At least 3 years of experience in IT procurement, asset management, or technical support.
• Skilled in Excel, including PivotTables and VLOOKUP functions.
• Strong problem‑solving, project execution, and cross‑functional collaboration capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills, teamwork, and ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
