Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Jakarta Selatan for an Information Technology Microsoft Administrator. The role primarily involves providing technical support, managing network operations, overseeing system administration tasks, diagnosing and resolving IT issues, and maintaining IT infrastructure.

This role is also to create workflows and functions using Microsoft for Business software, and experience in training and deployment of software is highly essential.

You will collaborate with teams to ensure optimal system performance and reliable technological operations within the organisation.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to address and resolve IT-related issues effectively
• Proficiency in Power BI and Microsoft SharePoint infrastructure is highly valued
• Experience with Network Administration and managing network operations in a secure and efficient manner
• Strong abilities in Microsoft System Administration and maintaining the IT infrastructure
• Solid foundational knowledge in Information Technology principles and best practices
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Relevant certifications in Microsoft technologies and systems are an advantage
• A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
